Tvind school to be pulled down and replaced by luxury appartments
The Tvind school in the previous coast hospital in Juelsminde will be
pulled down to provide room for 80 to 100 luxury apartments near the
Kattegat coast.
According to Horsens Folkeblad, the two Danes Per und Ursula Thorsen living
abroad in Frankfurt, have taken over the previous sanatorium buildings for
an amount of unknown millions.
It is planned to construct 9 buildings with totally 80 to 100 appartments,
each between 100 and 200 square meters. The company Arkitema in Aarhus is
said to be involved in the project. Tvind speaker Poul Jørgensen confirms
the trade.
- We dont have any more so many pupils, therefor we have enough with the
functionary building beside it. Therefore we decided to sell, says Poul
Jørgensen.
