TVIND ALERT

An investigation into Humana People-to-People. the Teachers Group and the international Tvind movement.

HAVE YOU JUST DROPPED CLOTHES INTO A ‘HUMANA‘ CHARITY BIN?

Or one operated by Planet Aid, Gaia, U’SAgain, UFF, DAPP, Green World Recycling (or any of the enterprises listed below?)

You assumed you were giving to a good cause? You may be surprised to find out where your donation has really gone. It could be supporting a cult!

Your clothes are now the property of The Teachers Group. This is not a normal charity. It is not recognised as one anywhere in the world. One of its most senior leaders has just been sent to prison for fraud (January 2009).

The Teachers Group is a money-driven body, that sells the clothes for profit. We believe most are deliberately traded through offshore and third party companies in a way that purposely makes as little money as possible for foreign aid, and as much tax-free profit as possible for The Teachers Group itself.

All over the world these Teachers Group schemes routinely give away a much smaller percentage of their income than normal used clothes charities. They keep most for themselves.

Among other scams, the Teachers Group uses a money laundering technique known as transfer mispricing. We can name the brokers, the companies and the offshore enterprises that have been used by the Teachers Group to operate this policy.

Millions of dollars have been skimmed off over the years to buy extensive landholdings, valuable properties, luxury apartments, and even a luxury yacht, all for the use of an elite group. The leaders of this group have built themselves luxury retreats in Africa and Central America. Millions more are invested in commercial farms, factories and trading businesses which make even more money.

Your donation may be doing little to help the poor in Africa. It is certainly supporting a wealthy ‘multinational business’ widely regarded as a cult, whose Scandinavian leaders have been prosecuted for fraud.
