Believed to be a Franco-Moroccan company, part of the Teachers Group trading network between the Third World and Europe. It is believed to have shipped new clothes from Tvind's factory in Casablanca to Rotterdam, then back to Third World countries.

"Probably, CCTT after a time took over the role of the International Emergency Centre. CCTT was a Franco-Moroccan enterprise, established in France (Paris) with accounts at Barclays Bank in Paris and London. The owner of CCTT was Dollarforge Ltd (London), which belonged in turn to two companies in the Channel Islands. CCTT [placed orders with?] the enterprise in Casablanca. New clothes were shipped to Rotterdam and re-exported from there to destinations further afield, notably Africa. It is highly probable that even the shipping belonged to Humana People-to-People. The known list of Humana People-to-People companies tends to confirm this. Also, there is the name Transco Shipping Ltd, part of a complex construction of companies established now in Guernsey, now in Hong Kong, or in Jersey. CCTT était une entreprise franco-marocaine, établie en France (Paris) avec des comptes Barclays Bank à Paris et à Londres. Le propriétaire de CCTT était 'Dollarforge Ltd.' (Londres), appartenant à son tour à deux autres compagnies dans les Channel Isl. CCTT plaçait des commande auprès de l'entreprise à Casablanca. Le vêtement neuf était transporté jusqu'à Rotterdam et réexpédié de là vers des destinations plus lointaines (en Afrique notamment). Il est fort probable que même le(s) transporteur(s) maritime(s) appartien(nen)t à HPP. La liste connue des compagnies et entreprises de HPP permet de l'affirmer. Ainsi apparaît le nom de 'Transco Shipping Ltd', maillon dans une construction complexe de différentes autres compagnies établies une fois à Guernesey, une autre fois à Hongkong ou encore à Jersey. Derrière ses adresses-boîtes-à-lettres se cachent toujours des fidèles du groupe des professeurs ."
