Although probably not strictly a company (it appears to have private trust or charitable foundation status in Denmark) Faelleseje is a core element in the Tvind empire.
It was placed under the effective controlof Danish government auditors in 2002. The TG chairman, Poul Joergensen, was replaced by an i ndependent non-TG nominee.
Since the early 1980s members of the Teachers Group have contributed their salaries and other donations to it, making it one of the richest private trusts in Scandinavia. The money has allegedly been used to but fruit farms, plantations and a shipping company.
