Teachers Group companies and enterprises registered in Britain
1987-2007
(Customlong Agencies Ltd)
[Dissolved]
UK registered company, 1991-1997. Originally identified as a Teachers Group company by a journalist in Rotterdam. This is part of a 1990s family of Anglo-Dutch Teachers Group trading companies run by Joep Nagel, Flemming Gustafsson and Peter Hansen. It may have traded in used clothes, or in furniture - the Teachers Group is said to have a furniture factory in Mozambique.
Made pretty much a paper loss according to accounts found in Holland. According to some rather confusing information, it may have been at some stage 'an offshore company registered in the Dutch Antilles' ('because it was so profitable').

All Europe Satellite Television Ltd
[Dissolved]
UK registered company, 1986-1998. Television production.
This was one of two Teachers Group companies behind the so-called 'One World TV Channel' (The other is One World Channel AS set up in Norway by Øyvind Wistrom). Danish police regard All Europe Satellite TV as a 'brass plate' company 'without any proper operation, and inserted to camouflage the cash flow between the [Humanitarian] Foundation and the TV station'.
The idea for the TV station is supposed to have been devised in 1986-1987 by Kirtsen Larsen, Poul Jorgensen (1) and Sten Byrner, and Øyvind Wistrom was given the job. All Europe Satellite TV was registered in the UK, but Wistrom wanted a presence in Norway too, so One World Channel As was set up too.
Allegedly this whole money trail was created to disguise the true application of money spent, according to the accounts, on 'research' - but in fact used to acquire property or assets abroad. This front company structure is central to the police fraud case, and led to Kirsten Larsen, Poul Joergensen (1) and Sten Byrner being accused of fraud in the first Danish fraud trial of 2003-6. The company was dissolved in 1998.

In 1998 following the Charity Commission investigation, control was taken away from Tvind directors and vested in independent trustees. Red House Management Company (Norfolk) Ltd
UK registered company. Incorporated 1983
It is not certain if the Teachers Group retains an interest in this company. This appears to be a property management company, perhaps for dwellings in the vicinity of the Red House School. The company's formation predates the Teachers Group's involvement with Red House School, and it is still active, although the current directors do not appear to have anything to do with the Teachers Group.
However at various times Argyll Smith and Faelleseje have both been majority shareholders and several directors were Teachers Group members.
Company number 01726792. Incorporated 26/05/1983. Residents property management.
Address: 5 Sewell Cottages, Norwich, Norfolk, UK
Structure
Private limited company. Officially listed as a susidiary (presumably of either Argyll Smith or Faelleseje). In 1984 Faelleseje was majority shareholder. A transfer of shares to Argyll Smith took place in 1990, and by 2000 Argyll smith was the majority shareholder.
