The four offshore companies and associations in Switzerland we know of are:

1. The Gaia Movement Trust Living Earth Green World Action, registered in Meyrin, 1999

Association (Verein) or ‘non-profit association’.

Current officers (2015): Elsebeth Søndergård, Birgitte Erichsen, Mikael Norling, Birgit Soe, Michael Rogers, Bodil Sejerøe.

Former directors or trustees (all TG members) Andreas Stier, Søren Sørensen, Peter Kjaer, Jonas Israel, Lilian Ekbom, Christian Fenger, Anders Svensson, Michael Hermann, Dorte Jacobsen, Lotte Loeffler, Eva Nielsen

2. The Federation of Associations connected to the International Humana People-to-People Movement (FAIHPP), registered in Geneva, 2004

Association (Verein) or ‘non-profit association’.

TG members who have previously been directors or trustees (but since left the board): Mikael Norling, Rikke Viholm.

3. Humana and PlanetAid SA, founded in Geneva, 2005

Societé Anonyme (Aktiengesellschaft) or ‘joint-stock company’.

Previously an officer: Helle Lund.  Current sole owner and shareholder (2015): Neils Peter Holst.

 

4. The Humana People-to-People Foundation, founded in Carouge, 2013

Fondation (Stiftung) or ‘charitable foundation’.

Current trustees: Annemette Møller, Jesper Wohlert, Lise-Lotte Sørensen, Kaare Dahne.
