How Tvind is organised
Overall, Tvind is a heirarchical
structure, like a pyramid. In this scenario, at the top are
Amdi Petersen and Kirsten Larsen. Below are members of
the Teachers Group, in descending 'levels' of seniority. At
the bottom are non-TG volunteers, drivers, shop assistants and workers
in clothes sorting centres.

Project leaders, school heads, directors of companies

Teachers and project staff without direct financial responsibility

centres, box location scouts, school assistants, etc, etc

Significantly, everyone filling senior management and teaching posts will have passed through one of Tvind's own colleges. Outsiders are not appointed to senior jobs in Tvind.
