Used clothes

Charity or profit?

Tvind is huge in the second hand clothes market - one of the world's biggest players with dozens of companies trading millions of dollars worth of garments.

Many of the clothes are traded direct to two large Tvind commercial clothes companies, both run by the Teachers group:    Garson & Shaw and ConMore bv.  There is evidence they are also traded with several Teachers Group offshore companies in for example Gibraltar, such as Holland House.     We have evidence - both documentary and in interviews - that a number of these companies have at various times in the past used accountancy scams, fake documentation, and sudden bankruptcy to 'cream off' money, probably to the Teachers Group.

Here are the main Tvind used-clothes collection brands:

Humana         more

Planet Aid

Planet Aid (USA and the UK).   Claims money raised goes to humanitarian projects   In fact many clothes sold direct to Tvind commercial companies Garson & Shaw and ConMore bv.     more

UFF        more

Green World       more

Gaia

The Gaia-Movement Trust Living Earth Green World Action in the Chicago area.   Collects for supposed environmental projects but linked to a Swiss trust located at an accommodation address    more

U'SAgain

U'SAgain is a for-profit clothes recycling company based in Chicago, collecting in Atlanta, Houston, Ft. Worth, Seattle, and now New York.   We believe it is run by the Teachers Group.   more
