ConMore bv Holland

Tvind company engaged in the international trade in used clothes and shoes. Sales agent for closely linked Tvind company Garson & Shaw (US, London and Gibraltar). . ConMore was established on 26th Feb 2001, following the sudden bankruptcy of a previous Tvind used clothes company, Textile Transformation EC Trading bv, in suspicious circumstances that were investigated by Dutch authorities.

ConMore's manager, Flemming Gustaffson, a TG member, is one of seven TG members charged with money laundering in Belgium. Gustaffson is connected with both companies, and many others.

Other directors are Inger Lise Jepsen - now working at Garson & Shaw, Atlanta - and Birgit Dinesen-Jensen, a TG member. The principal shareholder is Fred de Borst. One company address, Kaizersgracht 316, Maarssen, 1016 EZ Amsterdam, is in fact a company accommodation address, also used by Tvind company Seabridge International b.v. Tel: +44 31 20 489 1331 / 2. Introduction about ConMore b.v.
ConMore is a young trading company engaged in the sales of used clothes and shoes. We are sales agent for the international organization Garson & Shaw Ltd and sell on their behalf in Europe, Africa and Asia. The merchandise is container loads of used clothes and used shoes from Europe and USA. As ConMore is solely a trading company, all the activity is around the sales and all persons are engaged in sales work or sales service.

Perspective
The job responsibility is to take over from sales when the sales agreement has been completed and give it back for post sales services, when the truck or container has arrived and all documents and registrations have been completed.

Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is that all forwarding is professional cared for and so make it possible for the sales people to concentrate on making new sales.

Organizational position
You will work in a team of sales people and report to the Logistics Manager.

Place of work and time of employment
At the company office at Straatweg 30C, 3604 BB Maarssen
You will be employed for a trial period of 2 months withextension into a 1 year contract and later expected to be permanent employed. You are welcome to start immediately.
The working hours are 9-17.30h, 5 days a week with ½ hour lunch. The job sometimes requires flexibility.

Daily tasks and responsibilities
You will work with a weekly order schedule from the sales.

Order the goods
Order the transport
Order inspection
Follow up on the loadings
Inform weekly all sub-agents
All after sales activities
Making invoices
Making files for loading
Clean up the files after finishing
Registration of loads in our information system.

You have an education in administration and are interested in Sales and Logistics. You speak Dutch, English and German. You dont like to make mistakes. You can deal with criticism and dont mind to be corrected when it happens.
